At The Blog Shoppe, I offer customizations of blogs using Wordpress, Typepad and Blogger.

Are you looking for a Digital Scrapbooking Style Blog? If so, check out this page, where you can find links to designers who have given permission for me to use their kits to design your blog. You can go there and browse their selections, then let me know which kit you wish to use and I will design your blog with it. If they offer blog sets, I can use those, too, and it will cost a little less because some of the work is already done.

If you don’t want a “scrapbookish” blog or are looking for a website for your business, I can also create a design completely from scratch. This requires a little more input from you, with some examples of sites you love and lots of feedback to ensure you get exactly what you want. It is also the most expensive option because everything is created completely from scratch or with stock photos purchased specifically for your own unique design.

If you have any questions that are not answered here or if you are a designer and want to be listed in my sidebar as a designer who allows this type of product use, please contact me. I do have a small waiting list, but usually move things along pretty quickly so please don’t be discouraged by it. If you are already on the list, you can visit this page to see what you can do to be prepared for your project and help me get it completed sooner.

In addition to blog design and customization, I offer installation and customization of many php scripts including the popular eCommerce option ZenCart as well as forums (vBulletin and SMF, mostly) and photo galleries (Photopost and Coppermine). Auction to benefit Special Olympics

I live in a pretty small town and the principal at my kids’ school is the area director for Special Olympics here and is conducting a fundraiser at school to raise money for their Spring Event as well as to help support those athletes that go to district and state competitions. My kids want to raise money and we just don’t have that many people to ask for donations so I told them I’d auction off a custom blog theme and donate the proceeds. My dear friend, Shabby Miss Jenn, has donated three blog packs of the winning bidder’s choice to be used to create three interchangeable themes for this blog design. Here’s the beautiful graphic Jenn did for me to help spread the word:

Bidding will take place here in the comments so place your bid by leaving a comment and keep an eye out to see if someone outbids you. Bidding ends on Wednesday, February 25th at midnight and payment will be due on February 27th as that is the last day of the fundraiser. The donation receipt will be posted here after the donation is made. The theme will be completed as soon as possible upon receipt of the winning bidder’s information.

I will be auctioning off a fabulous blog design including multiple themes and the proceeds will go to the local chapter of Special Olympics. My kids’ school is doing a fundraiser for this and I thought this would be a great way to raise a good donation. Stay tuned for more information, the auction will be taking place here on this site.
