When viewing the waiting list, please keep a couple of things in mind. For prospective clients, I am often working on two or three jobs at a time so please don’t be discouraged if the list seems long. If you are in a situation where your site is down or you have a need for immediate troubleshooting, I will try to work you in.

If you are currently on the waiting list, check this page for a list of things I need. Having those things to me as soon as possible can help your project get started (and finished) more quickly. When I have down time where I am waiting on approvals or graphics from clients, I often jump into the next job…if I have the information I need. If I don’t, I move on to the next one on the list that has provided me all the info I need to get started. Having your information to me soon after we agree on a project is very helpful for me and you.
